I don't see why everyone is QQ'ing, SF shouldnt have ever been included in the game in the first place.
Oh noes they nerf teh Inv1c3ble skill lolz ima gunna QQ on teh forumz!!
I was hoping they would delete the skill but too many people would have a cry. People exploiting an overpowered skill and it gets nerf so people complain? Can the general community get any more stupid?

Hmm ofcourse it took me a whole 36 mins after showing a war the route to do the VwK run. :wave: and someone else has a build itll do it in 23 mins. Sorry for all those guys that didnt want ppl to farm UW chaos plains. I like mine too

This just shows that even if A.Net does care, they don't know anything about balancing the game.

I can agree with the changes they made in UW the only change I don't agree with is the "50% less damage" change
That change alone has nerfed so many farming builds (from tomes to greens) it's ludicrous.
Nerf's to UW were warranted sa it was simply too easy and I think they made good nerf choices in the additional skills given to the foes and the addition of a different foe, nerfs to farming anywhere in the game are not warranted though and that is the only thing they need to re-dress imo.

Hrm. It's not exactly difficult to avoid killing Dream Riders. I guess they were overestimating how much SF farmers took the simplicity of the run for granted.

ok...i am gonna give in and start farming the snot out of uw now too with the new 23 minute fire/burn build. If you cant beat 'em...join 'em. They nerfed my favorite ele with the SF changes so i am gonna use this new sin til i get hacked and QQ and rage quit or ectos go through the 3's and into the 2's... which should be sometime in the next 24 hours. Just thinking about the guys at anet all typing /fail on their computers right now makes me mad... forget it... gonna watch tv instead.

Or.. or.. or.. they could create a new creature at the entrance to the Chaos Plains called "The Bodyguard" he instantly kills any approaching Assassin, secondary or primary alike. That'll definitely be balanced.

LOL it wasnt really, its an old build I dug out from when I made my sin in the first place minus an addition at the start of factions. People dont have a clue that perma sin has always been possible even before the recent buff.

Let's see, its still perfectly usable in the area the nerf is supposed to make harder.... and unusable, or so inefficient that it might as well be for the other areas that Anet supposedly claims the nerf wouldn't have had a major effect on.

u know whats really bad?
this signet kills SF, spellbreaker and obsi... so theire is no way to block hexes anymore.....
this dmg nerf is a sweet idea i think maybe put it on 75% dmg reduction
or 100% XDD
and now put in elite skill vs signets and call it "Signet Form"

Sadly, this is true. Instead of just reverting it back to pre-buff, which would have solved the problem it caused, they decided to make it so it's still possible to farm UW, but they killed a shit load of other harmless farming builds.
I actually thought ANet did something good. I guess I was wrong.

Be honest with yourselves people. Regardless of what it did to the ecto prices, it was a degenerate and overpowered build. 3 skills giving you permanent immunity from all attacks and spells, leaving the rest of your bar to kill things? No matter how much money you are making, things like that just don't make sense. Anet made the right move with this, and I'm optimistic to see how they handle ursan and SY.
